Meet Tom

Thomas Perricone · Founder Of TP Podiatry

Tom is an HCPC-registered podiatrist who graduated from the University of Salford with first-class honours. After working in private practice, he established TP Podiatry in Bolton to provide routine foot care alongside musculoskeletal and sports podiatry.

He has a particular interest in helping runners, footballers and active people with foot and lower-limb problems, while also enjoying the difference everyday podiatry can make to a patient’s comfort.

Outside The Clinic

Tom enjoys running and fell running, has completed the Manchester Marathon and is working towards the Lakeland 50. Away from running, you’ll find him playing cricket or golf and following Blackburn Rovers.

His own interest in sport helps him appreciate how frustrating it can be when discomfort gets in the way of the activities you enjoy.

Tom is genuinely great. He’s friendly, professional, and immediately puts you at ease. Certain treatments can make you feel a little anxious, but he manages to make the whole experience a positive one. His clinic is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent care.

Went for my first appointment after struggling for quite a while with a number of foot issues, corn, painful foot from a trauma and an issue with my toenail. Tom was amazing, he sorted my nails, corn and rough skin on first appointment. I was so impressed I have booked into have the MLS laser treatment in May for my trauma injured foot. The clinic was clean and Tom was very personable and professional, he put me at ease from the minute I got there, he’s great and I couldn’t recommend him enough.
Sarah HulmeGoogle Review
I initially viewed laser therapy as a bit of a Hail Mary after spending six months training for an ultra marathon, only to pick up a calf injury that threatened all that hard work. My physiotherapist recommended it as a way to support my recovery, and I honestly saw it as more of a complementary treatment than a solution. However, the results exceeded my expectations. I responded really well to the therapy, and after just six sessions the injury was barely noticeable. The treatment was professional, effective, and played a significant role in getting me back on track. Highly recommended.

Fabulous experience. Little girl suffered for over a year with verrucas and TP sorted them out no bother. Thank you.

Tom managed to resolve an issue with a verruca that was previously mis-diagnosed as a corn. Resolved quickly with just two treatments. Would highly recommend!
