Appointment terms

If you give at least 24 hours’ notice and wish to reschedule, we will arrange another appointment and transfer your deposit to it. If you do not wish to rebook, we can refund your deposit. The deposit is £30 for a new patient appointment and £15 for a return appointment. This is part of your appointment fee, not an additional charge, and is deducted from the total when you pay the remaining balance in clinic. For a £50 new patient appointment, the remaining balance is £20; for a £45 return appointment, it is £30. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be retained: £30 for a new patient appointment or £15 for a return appointment. Bookings completed through the connected Cliniko form are real and are subject to the terms displayed during booking. Please contact the clinic by phone or email to arrange a cancellation, a new appointment or a deposit refund. Treatment suitability, consent and aftercare should also be explained. The completed terms must reflect the clinic’s actual practice and booking system. Return home
