At TP Podiatry, our approach is entirely patient-focused — built around you and your goals. We’ve created an environment where patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident that the care they receive is of the highest standard.
TP Podiatry was founded by Thomas Perricone, a passionate and dedicated podiatrist with one clear aim: to deliver high-quality, evidence-based podiatric care tailored to each individual. From the moment you walk through the door, our focus is on helping you move comfortably, recover fully, and prevent future problems.
We provide a comprehensive range of foot and lower limb treatments, from routine care and nail surgery to musculoskeletal assessments, biomechanical analysis, and custom orthotic therapy. Using a combination of non-invasive and surgical treatment options, we ensure every patient receives the most effective and appropriate care for their needs.
Understanding the cause of your pain or discomfort is essential to achieving long-term results. That’s why we take the time to listen, assess thoroughly, and explain each step of your treatment plan — so you leave feeling informed, reassured, and confident in your recovery.
At TP Podiatry, we pride ourselves on providing a consistent, professional, and personal service. Whether you’re managing a long-term condition, recovering from injury, or simply looking to improve your foot health, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
Our clinic offers modern facilities and a welcoming environment designed to support your journey to better mobility and comfort. Free parking and accessible facilities are available for all patients.
TP Podiatry is built on professionalism, integrity, and genuine care — combining clinical expertise with a friendly, patient-centred approach to help you stay active and pain-free.
My clinical interests centre on biomechanics, musculoskeletal (MSK) care, and custom orthotic therapy, using evidence-based techniques to help patients move efficiently, recover from injury, and perform at their best.
As a lifelong footballer, I’ve played at a competitive level for AFC Darwen before sustaining a full ACL rupture — an experience that gave me personal insight into the physical and psychological challenges of major sporting injuries. After more than a year of intensive rehabilitation, I’m now back enjoying the game with friends, and this journey has deepened my empathy for patients facing similar setbacks.
Outside of football, I’m a passionate runner, having completed everything from 5K races to marathons. This passion helps me understand the demands of training, injury prevention, and the importance of proper footwear — insights I bring directly into my clinical practice when supporting runners of all abilities.
And when I’m looking for a slightly less impactful sport, you’ll often find me on the golf course. I’m a proud member of Dunscar Golf Club, where I enjoy playing with friends and entering the occasional competition.
Away from sport, I love spending time in the Lake District, whether walking, hiking, or taking on a bit of fell running. And when I’m not out exploring, I’m usually cheering on Blackburn Rovers as a proud season ticket holder.
